  Had a great experience here with a group of friends, but we left with a bad taste in our mouths...packing our things in the morning after we spent the night, when we were approached by the owner, her hands on her hips, whose exact words were "you don't happen to know anything about the missing wood from my quad last night do you?" - all 5 of us were confused and answered "no"...Then she replied "you have a funny look on your face" and looked into our fire pit and at our remaining fire wood and drove off. We paid for every single bundle of wood we used. Nothing feels worse as a customer, to have the business owner make you feel like a thief, have them accuse a group of responsible adults for stealing your $5 bundle of wood... rather than thank you for your business. Just be careful, and keep track of what you purchase, the next morning you might be accused of using too much toilet paper :D

  Beautiful campsite -- clean and well maintained. Lois is very responsive, accommodating, and an excellent host!

  Bring Canadian/US cash, call ahead of time. Nice campground, the lake is just across the street and is gorgeous. They have a bathroom, showers, and clean water for drinking. Bring firewood.

  Not the greatest campground, but it's in an incredible location by the lake and cliffs in the distance, private rocky beach, near a quaint little town.
